Building something new
Dave Polwart founded David Polwart Builders in 1994 and quickly built a reputation for reliability and quality craftsmanship. This led to the creation of Onsite Projects, a unique hybrid construction and labour hire business model, with each branch of the business supporting the other to deliver exceptional service and workmanship throughout the construction industry.
The next generation of excellence
These days, the construction arm of Onsite Projects is led by Daniel Polwart. While this is firmly a family business, Daniel did his time as an apprentice before becoming a trade-qualified carpenter and skilled project manager. He has built a reputation for working closely with clients to identify their needs and ensuring high standards of workmanship while meeting deadlines.
